Oaxaca coffee beans

Sweet notes of orange-citrus, slight hints of brown sugar and chocolate, clean, good acidity. Recommended at medium to dark roasts. Please indicate your roast preference. 

Please allow 3-5 days for processing and resting of fresh roasted coffee to be optimal for brewing. 

Mexico coffees from Oaxaca are indeed a rarity. In the cup, this Fair Trade Organic Mexico is uniquely Oaxacan – sweet with notes of orange-citrus, very clean, good acidity and no traces of any unpleasant, dusty or earthy characteristics that lower quality Mexicans can frequently exhibit.
